Join us in Times Square on April 22 at 6 PM for a special Earth Day performance of Legends of the Light with YUMI’s Universe and OMM.
I’m so thrilled to be part of this beautiful global project led by Tess Cacciatore, founder of the Global Women’s Empowerment Network (GWEN), reaching children all over the world through music, storytelling, and love.
I especially love my little animated character—singing in Creole alongside the elders… it’s truly magical.

About Legends of the Light
Legends of the Light, written by Tess Cacciatore (creator of YUMI’s Universe) and Davy Nathan (composer/producer), tells the story of grandmothers—Obachan (Japanese) and Abuela (Indigenous)—who sing to the children of the world, guiding them to become Keepers of the Flame and Legends of the Light.
It carries a simple and powerful message from the elders:Love. Shine. Peace.
Through music and American Sign Language, this global movement brings cultures together with one shared intention—peace for all nations.
