For all the crazy, unpredictable things this year sent my way. I can only only say THANKS! This past year started out like a rollercoaster and has kept going ever since.
From filming season 2 of SPELLBOUND which was released on HULU in Oct (called "SORTILEGES A L'OPERA" in France https://www.cineserie.com/series/5730944/)
to the amazing trip to the DAKAR BIennale in December with Julien Creuzet's #ALGORITHMOCEANTRUEBLOODMOVES, and the subsequent trips to St. Louis and Casamance in Senegal, deepening my love for this amazing continent,
To the launch of my line of luxury Kaftans and Coats, "#MODERN MANBO" in Oct 2025.... the rollercoaster hasn't stopped! I have learned so much!
And I've worked with some amazing new people... and discovered new friends and family.
What a year. Last New Years, I had shaved my head to start the year with a clean slate. This year I have yet to think of what craziness I'll do! Despite the wars and election results, I remain optimistic and ask the Universe for sanity and peace for the world as well as good health for all those I hold close.
